Every year we find that more and more, each dollar spent, has to deliver a greater return. Unless you are running the Olympics or a national high profile event it is highly probable that all the bells and whistles resources and equipment will be absent from your event. So for community event organisers, schools, clubs and social sports activities that budget needs to deliver a positive return.
In this view of 6 digits we are using three interchangeable Plas480 LED panels. Model 103 The LED panel frame can be lowered on the pictured legs and the frame has the possibilities of being placed at ground level.
Due to thee modular approach for creating portable LED screens that one person can transport and assemble within minutes, it is ideal for for the rental company. By utilizing five LED panels it offers a digital display timing system in temporary or fixed situation, simply by assembling the components for the size required. from 2 to 8 plus digits.
The Model 105 with a full screen height of 480mm and 2400mm wide allows eight digits wide. This size also makes it suitable to display a sponsor logo at the end of the clock when not requiring to display all eight digits.
A special feature that you should note is that between running timed
events the screen can display advertiser messages, logos and
communication messages. This versatility means an opportunity to create an income, constant use, not just when timing a race.
The screen clock can either be left assembled into the holding frame
or the LED panels can be simply unscrewed and stored in the flight
case. This makes it perfect for safe transportation and simple for a
single person to transport and set up on site.
Once on site select the stand components, screw it together, drop your panels into position and now you have a rugged mobile system designed to time your competitions and events.
The design has been enhanced by giving users the ability to add printed sponsor and additional advertising space, above and below the screen on the front and also the complete rear area of the stand. This aspect may well allow users to recuperate the rental costs or as an additional income stream. By adding with vinyl lettering or printed sign board, top flags or banners the timing screen can become a strong focal point….after all we all want to know the winners time. The rear of the stand is idea for rigid board printed signs or tensioned vinyl cover advertisements. The stands are all on (locking) wheels so are easily moved about, with the simple option of unscrewing the wheels for static feet or larger wheels.

The Plas480 Modular Timing Clock system OUTDOOR is available in P7.5mm, P10mm, P15mm, P20mm pitch in RGB or mono colour set up. Each screen can be used and installed in either portrait or landscape orientation. Every size can be pimped with additional side, top, bottom, rear access advertising panels, promotional flags. Additional Plas480 panels can be added over time to increase the screen size.
The ICE Plas480 screens are perfect for Xnote Stop Watch timing software. We offer the screens also with a range of optional sports score board software for all the main sports starting @ 2 x 3 Plas480 led panels.
In this screen shot we show two clocks. the left clock is the displayed view that appears on the LED screen and is the view that appears on photos seen on this article. The right hand clock is a option clock view. The excel spreadsheet is a nice feature that allows the external trigger to automatically enter the triggered times to appear in the spread sheet to create an accurate database of the athletes times. For our system solution we will be supplying external beam switches along with a completely functioning computer ready for a plug and play experience.
The following is a screen shot of the Multi Sport Score Board administrators score board panel. Here the Scoring Administrator can add the points won, suspend time etc through a simple mouse click or touch screen selection. The displayed view on the score board is identical part from not displaying the Administrator selection buttons. We have added two logos for each of the teams, set a black ground, given the sports field the name of Henderson Park. Numerous other features are available and can be customised.
In this screen shot we have displayed the Tennis Score board public view. All data is entered via keyboard entry.
